The same question is never sent twice

Sending the same question twice is no longer possible. Pressing Send or Enter repeatedly while a slow response is pending now registers once: the composer blocks repeats immediately and the gateway refuses a duplicate turn, so a conversation — and its cost — no longer fills with copies of one question.

When a model returns nothing, the chat now shows a clear card with a Retry action instead of an empty bubble, and nothing empty is saved to the conversation.
