In-app changelog tab now reads the public release feed

The changelog tab inside the gateway no longer surfaces an internal engineering log. It now reads the public release feed at changelog.klyo.com/gateway/rss.xml through a short-lived server-side proxy, so the entries that appear inside the product are the same ones shown to security, procurement, and end users on the public site.

The tab renders each release as a card with version, date, title, and summary, sorted newest first. A search box filters by version, date, or text. Each card links out to its full entry on the public site. If the upstream feed is unreachable, the tab displays a clear notice with a direct link rather than stale content.

No action required. The change takes effect after the gateway is upgraded; no configuration is exposed.
