Refreshed provider model catalog in Quick-Add

The Quick-Add templates for configuring providers now offer each provider’s newest generally available models, verified against the providers’ official documentation. Additions span the latest OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI Grok, and Cohere models. Retired and decommissioned model IDs are removed, so a new configuration no longer starts from a dead default.

No action required. Existing provider configurations are unchanged; the refreshed templates apply when you add a provider.
