Follow-up suggestion chips are now generated from your conversation

The follow-up chips shown after an assistant reply are now generated from the questions you have asked in the conversation, in your interface language — English, German, or French — instead of coming from fixed keyword templates. Suggestions track where the conversation has actually gone rather than matching on keywords.

The keyword templates remain as an automatic fallback: if the suggestion service is unavailable, chips degrade to the previous behavior rather than to an error.
