Frontier model catalog refresh across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google

The admin Providers page now lists current frontier models from the three major providers so they can be enabled without editing YAML.

Added to the catalog: Anthropic Claude Opus 4.8 and 4.7; OpenAI GPT-5.5, GPT-5.5 Pro, GPT-5.4 and the 5.4 Pro, Mini, and Nano variants, plus GPT-5, GPT-5 Mini, and GPT-5 Nano; Google Gemini 3.5 Flash, 3.1 Pro, 3.1 Flash-Lite, 3 Flash, and the GA IDs for Gemini 2.5 Pro, Flash, and Flash-Lite.

New models are disabled by default. An administrator enables each model after adding the provider’s API key under Settings → Providers. The costs shipped in the default catalog are illustrative; verify against each provider’s current price sheet before enabling production billing.

No action required. Existing model assignments are unchanged.
