Real-world accuracy gains on medical and enterprise prose

Klyo Context Engine v0.4.0 raises accuracy on real-world prose to 96% on a realistic-prompt benchmark, with false-positive content blocks reduced by 99% across English, German, and French. Recall on genuine personal data stays at 100%.

City names, clinic and hospital names, and other institutional identifiers are now resolved correctly when they appear in chat — earlier releases occasionally mistook them for personal data. Person-name coverage is broadened to handle names from any region, closing a fairness gap where Western-style names were favored over others.

Available to all SaaS tenants today. Self-hosted operators receive the upgrade as part of the next Gateway release; no configuration changes are required.
