Shared conversations with per-link permissions

Conversations can now be shared with individual users or with entire LLM groups, as view-only or edit. Shared links support an optional expiry, a per-conversation activity log, and a request-edit-access flow for recipients who need write access without an admin round-trip. Presence indicators show who else is viewing a conversation in real time.
