Recall improvements from adversarial testing

Klyo Context Engine v0.5.3 fixes three recall gaps surfaced by adversarial testing across English, German, and French.

A government-ID cue now takes precedence over order-reference patterns, so a real social security number or national identifier is not demoted when the word “reference” or a stray ”#” appears nearby. A personal surname placed next to an institution name — for example, a name immediately adjacent to “Bank” or “Klinik” — is no longer collapsed into the institution. A phone cue beside an unrelated identifier no longer cross-contaminates the classification of the phone number itself.

Recall on real personal data is verified at 100% across every benchmark corpus after these fixes.

Available to all SaaS tenants today. Self-hosted operators receive the fixes as part of the next Gateway release; no configuration changes are required.
