Chat actions now follow the message lifecycle
Message actions now respect whether a reply is still changing. While an answer is streaming or regenerating, its action toolbar is hidden, and state-changing actions on other messages — bookmark, pin, rate, regenerate, edit — grey out until the chat is idle. Copy and quote stay available, and keyboard shortcuts follow the same rules.
A regenerating answer shows a “Regenerating response…” status and drops the rating and bookmark badges that belonged to the replaced answer, restoring them if the regenerate fails. Editing an earlier message dims the replies below it, which will be regenerated, and locks the input until you save or cancel. Re-answering with another model now replaces the answer in place instead of duplicating the question.
Rating a message that a regenerate already replaced is now rejected instead of recording feedback against a dead answer.
