PII Leak Report audits personal data in stored chat history
Administrators can now audit whether stored chat history contains personal data, where, and whose. A nightly job re-scans every stored message through the PII pipeline at full strictness and records each hit without storing plaintext — a salted hash, the information type, severity, location, and rationale.
The new Security → PII Leak Report page searches findings by severity, type, user, and date, drills into a message’s cluster with a link to the conversation, and can trigger an incremental or full scan. An active scan shows its phase, progress, elapsed time, and findings so far, and can be cancelled without discarding what it already found. An Attempted leaks tab lists every message the gate blocked, attributed to the sender, with a repeat-offender flag. Every view of the report is written to the admin audit log.
