Container images now ship for arm64 and amd64

Pre-built Gateway container images are now published for both linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. Operators deploying onto arm64 hosts — Apple Silicon, AWS Graviton, NVIDIA Grace — no longer get a “no matching manifest” error on first pull.

No action required. SaaS tenants are unaffected. Self-hosted operators receive the multi-arch images automatically on next upgrade.
